Development Review – Amendment to Final Site Plan Permit Realty Resources, Inc., applicant, doing business as Belfast Acres, LLC, was issued a Final Site Plan Permit on May 6, 2020 to construct 24 (subsidized) multi-family housing units for older adults on a 2.4 acre property located at 80 Wight Street, Map 34, Lot 17. The Applicant is now requesting a series of minor amendments, including adding one dwelling unit and making minor changes to the approved plan.
