Development Review - Contract Rezoning Agreement Dan Waldron, applicant, doing business as WhiteCAP Builders, requested a contract rezoning agreement for the former Three Tides Restaurant property located at 2 Pinchy Lane, Map 1, Lot 141B. Mr. Waldron is proposing to renovate the building to expand restaurant seating into the third floor (formerly a residence) and to construct stair hall improvements to the upper floor. A contract rezoning agreement is required because some of the proposed improvements encroach on the 10 foot structure setback requirement for the Waterfront Mixed Use zoning district. The Planning Board, at its meeting of June 24, 2020, voted to recommend that the Council approve issuance of a contract rezoning agreement and identified the conditions it recommended to the Council. 4.1 Board action on draft Findings of Fact for its June 24 recommendation.
Development Review –Nordic Aquafarms applications to construct a land-based salmon aquaculture facility near the lower reservoir of the Little River. (See description of applications at end of agenda). Continuation of Board review and discussion of final draft of Findings of Fact regarding the Preliminary Site Plan application for the Nordic Aquafarms project. The July 15 meeting is a continuation of the Board discussion that occurred at its meetings of June 17 and July 8. 5.1 Review of final draft Preliminary Site Plan Findings of Fact prepared by Code and Planning Department staff.
