Development Review. SunRaise Development LLC, applicant, request for a Site Plan Permit and Use Permit to construct a 20-acre commercial solar energy system located at 0 Perkins Road, Map 4, Lot 9-A and Map 4, Lot 11. The proposed solar energy system will consist of about 349,278 square feet of 12-foot-wide solar panels, a 14-foot-wide access drive, and a 7-foot-tall perimeter chain link fence, and involves extending 3 phase power from Route 1 to the proposed site. The Planning Board will review the application pursuant to requirements in the City Code of Ordinances, reference Chapter 90, Site Plan, and Chapter 102, Zoning, Article V, District Regulations, Division 3, General Purpose B District, and Article VIII, Supplementary District Regulations, Division 9, Solar Energy Systems.
