Amendments to Chapter 102, Zoning, Chapter 82, Shoreland, and Chapter 66, General Purposes, regarding Medical Marijuana facilities. The Board, at the end of its September 19 public hearing, stated its support of the amendments considered at the September 19 hearing with several minor revisions. Board final review of proposal and recommendation to City Council.
5) Board Discussion - Multi-Family Housing - Inside Bypass Board discussion of potential amendments to Chapter 102, Zoning, and Chapter 98, Technical Standards regarding the multi-family housing proposal that the Board conducted a public hearing on at its meeting of September 19. Proposal would affect the Residential 1, Residential 2 and Residential 3 zoning districts; all of which are mostly located in the Inside the Bypass area. 8) Adjournment
