Development Review - Contract Rezoning Application Kiril Lozanov, applicant and property owner, request for a contract rezoning agreement regarding redevelopment of the former Crosby School. The property is located at 96 Church Street, Map 11, Lot 167, and it is in the Residential 1 zoning district. Planning Board review of the application shall occur pursuant to requirements of the City Code of Ordinances, Chapter 102, Zoning, Article X, Contract Rezoning, Division 3, Residential 1 & Residential 2 zoning districts, and Article V, District Regulations, Divisions 30 & 31, Residential 1 zoning district.
