Development Review & Public Hearing Old County Plantation, LLC (Brian Cooper), applicant, request to amend the Conditions of Approval adopted by the Belfast Planning Board in October 2007 as Amendment #1 to the Mossy Ridge Subdivision. The specific request is to amend Condition #16 regarding the date by which the final coat of asphalt must be installed. The Mossy Ridge Subdivision is a 14 lot subdivision located on Swan Lake Avenue, Map 9, Lot 52.
