On October 2, 2018, the Belfast City Council will conduct a public hearing pursuant to adopting the Maine Municipal Association Model General Assistance Ordinance and Appendices (A-C) for the period of October 1, 2018 to September 30, 2019.This ordinance and appendices will be filed with the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS) in compliance with Title 22 M.R.S.A. section 4305 (4).
In accordance with Title 28A Section 653 MRSA 1964 a public hearing will be held on October 2, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter in the Council Chambers of City Hall to hear an application for Lawrence and Sandra Moses, d/b/a Dockside Family Restaurant, located at 30 Main Street, for a renewal Malt, Spirituous and Vinous Restaurant Class liquor license, interior and exterior decks.

Request from the City Manager for additional funds to pay for paving at the Transfer Station.
Request from the Cemetery Superintendent, Steve Boguen, to authorize the transfer of funds not to exceed $900 to pay for seasonal flower arrangements for Grove Cemetery for fiscal year 2018- 19.
