In accordance with Title 28A Section 653 MRSA 1964 a public hearing will be held on Tuesday, January 16, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. or as soon as possible thereafter in the Council Chambers of Belfast City Hall to hear an application by Michael Casby d/b/a Trillium Events, INC located at 31 Pendleton Street, Belfast, Maine for a premise transfer of the Malt, Spirituous and Vinous Class I liquor license, to 62 Little River Drive Belfast, Maine.
The City of Belfast will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, January 16th, 2018, at 7:00 PM, immediately prior to its regularly-scheduled City Council meeting, at Belfast City Hall Council Chambers, 131 Church Street, Belfast, for the purpose of receiving public comments on a proposed credit enhancement agreement between the City of Belfast and Building 6 LLC (a related entity of Front Street Shipyard) relating to approximately 21,979 square feet of property in Tax Map 011, Lot 136 and a small portion of Tax Map 011, Lot 136-A, all of which is located inside the City of Belfast's Downtown Waterfront Omnibus Tax Increment Financing District. Copies of the proposed credit enhancement agreement, the City of Belfast's analysis of the credit enhancement agreement, and the text of the Belfast City Council resolution will be available prior to the public hearing via the following methods: 1) downloading the documents at www.cityofbelfast.org/tif; 2) picking up the documents between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, at the office of the City Manager, Belfast City Hall, 131 Church Street, Belfast, Maine; or 3) requesting the documents from Thomas Kittredge, Economic Development Director for the City of Belfast via e-mail at economicdevelopment@cityofbelfast.org.
