B. Request to approve a six-month Blanket Letter of Approval for Game of Chance (Sealed Tickets) for Frank D. Hazeltine American Legion Post #43 located at 143 Church Street, Belfast, Maine. This approval is granted for 7-days a week from January 1, 2016 through June 30, 2016. C.
