Update on the possible sale of the Front Street Parking Lot to DUBBA LLC, also known as the Front Street Shipyard, for purposed of building a new Building # 6 upon that site.
D) First Reading on proposed changes to the Contract Rezoning Agreement #8 between DUBBA LLC and the City regarding a change in the date from June, 30, 2015 to June 30, 2016 by which the Shipyard would complete construction of Building #6. E) Consideration of a request from the Harbormaster to adopt a Plan for the Inner Harbor and to approve policies and guidelines to be used in the implementation of this plan.
Request from the Police Chief to accept $4,559 from the Waldo County Sheriffs Department representing the City's share of unclaimed cash associated with a law enforcement investigation.
Request from the City Manager to accept up to $200 from local anonymous sources to help defray the transportation cost of two Belfast Police officers to the funeral services in New York for the Police Officers recently slain there.
Update on tax foreclosed property with a request from the City Manager for guidance on how to proceed with the disposition of tax foreclosed property.
I) Second reading on amending City Ordinance to prohibit motorized vehicles on the City owned Rail Trail.
